Duties and Responsibilities:
 
      1. Prepares Disbursement Voucher (DV), List of Due and Demandable Accounts Payable – Advice to Debit Account (LDDAP-ADA) and BIR Form for withholding taxes including review of completeness of attachments.
      2. Prepares working paper for FAR 5 – Quarterly report of revenue and other receipts.
      3. Monitors accounting for replenishment and liquidation Petty Cash Fund.
      4. Monitors Report of Collection and Deposit for the year.
      5. Prepares Project Billing and Penalty Computation.
      6. Maintains Subsidiary Ledger of Income Accounts such as but not limited to Fines and Penalties-Service Income, Other Service Income, Rent/Lease Income, Interest Income and Subsidy from National Government.
      7. Does other related duties.

    a. Certificate of relevant training/s and/or seminar/s attended (if applicable);                      
                     b. Certificate of Employment with actual duties and responsibilities (if applicable);                      
                     c.  Performance rating in the last rating period (for government and private employees);                       
                     d. Transcript of Records (TOR); and  
                    
e. Diploma.
