Job Description

  1. Receives payment and issues Official Receipts to clients;
  2. Deposits income/ collection to Landbank of the Philippines (LBP);
  3. Prepares financial reports such as but not limited to the following:
    a. Report of Checks Issued
    b. Report of Advice to Debit Account Issued
    c. Report of Accountability for Accountable Forms
    d. Report of Collections and Deposits
  4. Reviews and assesses the completeness of documents attached for each Disbursement Voucher and List of Due and Demandable Accounts Payable – Advice to Debit Account (LDDAP-ADA) upon receipt from Accounting Section;
  5. Prepares Advice of Checks Issued and Cancelled (ACIC);
  6. Prepares checks;
  7. Prepares and processes application for Fidelity Bond of Accountable Officers;
  8. Prepares necessary documents for the purchase of Accountable Forms and other supplies needed of the Section; and
  9. Does other related duties.

5. Photocopy of the following:
    a. Certificate of relevant training/s and/or seminar/s attended (if applicable);
    b. Certificate of Employment with actual duties and responsibilities (if applicable);
    c.  Performance rating in the last rating period (for government and private employees);
    d. Transcript of Records (TOR); and
    e. Diploma.
